In 1950s Chicago, a down-on-his-luck duck is drawn into the bird mafia's world of speakeasies and illegal bird seed trade by a cunning seagull mob boss. Forced to protect his sister, the duck reluctantly agrees to participate in a high-stakes heist against a paranoid chef who believes birds are government spies.
